MGA $1,500.00 "Race For The Champion"
Earn points by participating in MGA events.
Points are awarded to participants in all flights.
Highest total point earners from six MGA events will decide the 12 qualifiers to compete for $1,5000.00 cash. You don't have to participate in all six MGA tournaments, but the more tournaments you participate in, the more opportunities you'll have to earn enough points to qualify you for the final Race for the Champion shootout.
All handicap levels can fairly compete
5 of the 6 qualifying tournaments are team events. Only one is an individual event: the MGA
Championship, and it's flighted with points awarded in all flights.
MGA Champion Shootout will be held Saturday, October 27th. Five places will be paid, with $750.00 to the shootout winner.

MGA dues are $30 per year. Approximately half of all dues are returned to MGA members by increasing the prize fund of MGA events and by providing merchandise, trophies, plaques, food, and beverages. The balance is used to fund projects which enhance the golf course and club facilities. This link provides information about MGA funded projects.
